Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked and processed efficiently.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original NXTRND packaging, attach the shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
